All orders are processed within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For orders based in Singapore, you will receive your package within 7 to 10 working days.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping to Singapore
Our Shipping Partner will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Delivery will be deemed completed as long as there is proof from our courier partner showing that parcel has been delivered to the stipulated delivery address (either by way of digital signature or photo proof of parcels being left at certain locations at the instructions of recipient), and we will not entertain any claims of lost/missing parcels. Kindly contact the respective service providers with regards to parcel related enquiries/matters once parcel has been dispatched from our office.
Local courier is not available for restricted areas (e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, Woodlands/Tuas Checkpoints), and island areas (e.g. Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at this page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
